A Breast Cancer Journey: Living it One Step at a Time is the book I wished for at the start of my own DCIS journey — honest, encouraging, and empowering every step of the way.

Hi, and Welcome!

I’m Jennifer. In 2019, I was diagnosed with DCIS—Stage Zero Breast Cancer—at 41. In what felt like a moment, I went from being a healthy mom to a cancer patient.

I quickly learned that Stage Zero doesn’t mean zero challenges. That experience inspired me to create the kind of support I wish I’d had: honest guidance, encouragement, and connection for women navigating early breast cancer.

Encourage: Breast Cancer & Beyond

Let's walk through this together.

I still remember how overwhelmed I felt right at diagnosis. I didn’t have anyone to talk to who had been where I was.

Since then, I’ve led hundreds of support sessions with fellow breast cancer survivors and have seen the power of survivor-led support firsthand. That’s why I decided to bring my book to life and create Encourage: Breast Cancer & Beyond.

Inside Encourage, you’ll find 14 modules with short, easy-to-follow videos (nothing over 15 minutes), a private community, and live support calls led by me.

And best of all, it’s a one-time payment of $147, giving you the support you need now—and a community you can lean on far beyond your treatment journey.

A Breast Cancer Journey: Living It One Step at a Time

The book I wish I had at the start of my diagnosis.

When I was diagnosed with DCIS at 41, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. So I wrote the book I needed back then—honest guidance, encouragement, and practical steps to help other women face those early days with a little more clarity and a lot more support.

A Breast Cancer Journey: Living It One Step at a Time is now on the shelves of patients, survivors, and clinicians across the country. It’s been called “a fantastic guide for anyone newly diagnosed with breast cancer” and “a must-have for understanding diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.”
