Ilene, Thank you for your comments. It sounds like your mattress is really helpful to keep you in the most comfortable position. I am struggling right now because I changed pillows and I think that it is causing me some pain in my shoulder. I may need to go back to the pillow I've had for years and see if I can wake up in less pain. I love your vision of a chandelier over the bed!! I have a crystal chandelier in my dining room (that I moved from our old home) which I just love. We need to have a ceiling fan overhead to keep the air moving in the summer. I hope your recovery is going okay. Thinking of you and wishing you well - Jen

All great ideas. I have the most comfortable mattress, the bed moves to positions fo avoid pain and my leg lymphedema which is a recent development. I’ve always wanted a romantic white antique bedroom and a chandelier over the bed, lace curtains and big windows with a view- check check check, unfortunately my bedroom serves as my sanctuary when I’m in recovery mode or unwell. Right now it’s my sanctuary and as my husband and I struggle at times the new house has become an oasis. In the townhouse before we moved and the boys were growing up, the door was closed during intimate times and always. In fact when they come to visit they still knock and ask if it’s okay to come in...
